Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, we do not offer refunds on books unless they arrive in an unreadable state. If this is the case, please return the book to our offices and we will either provide a full refund or another copy of the book you orderd.
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition.

We do not offer refunds on seminar bookings as there are overhead costs, but will offer a transfer to another seminar when it becomes avaialble.
